In our next Senior Spotlight, we’re excited to share the plans of two young men. One dreams of becoming an animator at Dreamworks, while the other is pursuing an AG Business degree. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for these talented individuals!


We are honored to feature Autumn Kreigh and Paige Hagerman. Paige has been a dedicated member of the AHS band, and Autumn has consistently been an enthusiastic cheerleader of the Pilots. We wish them both best of luck in their future endeavors!

Logan Schroeder and Nicklas Hoshock's HS careers are greatly impacted by FFA. I believe they have a really bright future ahead of them.


The next two Senior spotlights go to Isabella Hauenstein and Ava Stork. These two have been cheerleading for the Pilots together for the last four years. We look forward to seeing what the future holds for you both.

The Defiance County Rotary Scholarship is now available to Seniors. Applications are available in Guidance. Deadline to submit is April 18th to the Guidance office.

Join us Saturday, March 15, for a fun game between the seniors and staff of AHS! The game will begin at 7pm, the doors will be open at 6pm. There will be a free will donation taken to support the local SADD chapter.

Ayersville Local Schools Senior Citizen Breakfast was a great way to celebrate our students and recognize the valuable support from our community. It was a wonderful, positive way to strengthen the connection between the schools and the local residents.
You've seen Dancing with the Stars—now get ready for Dancing with Defiance County!
This one-of-a-kind, first-time event brings together trained dancers from local high schools across Defiance County, pairing them with athletes who have never danced before in a thrilling competition. Avery Antoine and Tucker Sprow are proudly representing AHS. Join us in supporting them Saturday, April 26, 2025 @The Tinora Performing Arts Center, 7pm showtime.

Congratulations to junior Allyssa Coble for being chosen as Ayersville's representative for the Defiance's local Rotary speech contest. She won 2nd place and $100 for applying the Rotary 4-Way test to the importance of teaching technology safety to the older generations. She presented a 6 1/2 minute speech to the Rotary business club members at their lunch meeting on February 24th.
